Index of professional equality between men and women

The index of professional equality between women and men was designed to put an end to inequalities between women and men in the world of work. The index, out of 100 points, is calculated from 4 indicators for companies with less than 250 employees:

• The gender pay gap
• The difference in the distribution of individual increases
• The number of employees increased on their return from maternity leave
• Parity among the 10 highest salaries

If a company does not reach the threshold of 75 points out of 100, it must implement the appropriate corrective measures.

On March 1, 2024, ASWO achieved a score of 99/100.
